Fast forward to today and my last barber experience. I walked into a big name shop and no one even noticed. There was a clipboard with a pen tied to it that said sign-in sheet to greet me. As I sat down and looked at the other customers waiting ahead of me it was funny to see one dozing in his chair and the other two were buried in their phones. The barbers were busy and chatting with the customers in their chairs, but didn't seem to notice anything else. What a blah experience.
And I get that same experience at a lot of businesses today. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect five star treatment from my local McDonald's. I get what I expect there, but there are plenty of places that could be more courteous and inviting to their customers. Have you ever walked into a furniture store and either been completely ignored because there is no one there to greet you (maybe they should try a sign-in sheet, lol) OR you get jumped on by sales people right at the door and never given a decent opportunity to even form a question. Attention does not equal good customer service, it probably just means the sales people work on commission.
At Carolina Factory Outlet you can expect a vastly different experience. You are greeted at the door with a welcoming hello. From there it is a low pressure (no commissions) environment with sales people near by to answer your questions and guide you at YOUR pace and not theirs. You can roam the huge showrooms filled with a mix of styles and colors for Bedroom Furniture, Dining Room Furniture, Living Room Furniture and Mattresses to find that perfect piece of furniture that you've been looking for. All the sales staff at Carolina Factory Outlet are knowledgeable of the products and can easily answer your questions and can even make suggestions to help broaden your vision of the possibilities for your home. From before the sale to after the sale Carolina Factory Outlet is committed to giving you the best customer service possible.
